Founded in 2010, Orange County Chinese Community Services (OCCCS) is a registered non-profit, non-government organization. Supported and sponsored by the County government, we work with government entities as well as the business community in an effort to improve the quality of life for the Chinese-speaking population in Orange County.

About Us
Improving quality of life for Orange County's Chinese community β with a focus on our seniors
Founded in 2010, Orange County Chinese Community Services (OCCCS) is a registered non-profit, non-government organization. Supported and sponsored by the County government, we work with government entities as well as the business community in an effort to improve the quality of life for the Chinese-speaking population in Orange County.
Since its founding, OCCCS has been a member of OC's Multi-Ethnic Collaborative of Community Agencies. We teamwork with other member organizations to become stronger and better meet the needs of OC's underserved Chinese community. OCCCS has successfully participated in the Mental Health Stigma Reduction Art Program, organized Youth Summer Camps to China, and conducted many educational seminars for Chinese speaking parents and caregivers.
Our Mission
In OCCCS, we aim to improve the quality of life for the under-served Chinese-speaking population and beyond in Orange County, California. We provide assistance through a multitude of programs including youth education, mental health and elderly care services.

Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration

Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with our community! Enjoy traditional mooncakes, cultural performances including lion dance and folk music, lantern making for children, and a special recognition ceremony honoring our community elders. Free admission for all ages.
OCCCS Food & Health Festival

Location: Lake Forest Community Center, 100 Civic Center Dr, Lake Forest, CA 92630
Our annual food and health awareness event! Free health screenings including blood pressure, glucose, and vision checks. Nutritious cooking demonstrations, healthy eating seminars, and a community potluck. Special activities for seniors including fall prevention workshops.
Understanding Children's Silent Signals β Parent Psychology Guide

A bilingual educational seminar for parents and grandparents on recognizing non-verbal cues in children's behavior. Learn evidence-based strategies to improve family communication across generations. Especially valuable for grandparents who are primary caregivers.
